# NETT RATE PAID (NRP) EXPLAINED

NETT RATE PAID

Nett Rate Paid is the most important concept in understanding the Odds. Nett Rate Paid is simply the effective rate you are getting with respect to what you are playing.

Example :

If you played 1/- on 2 Singles,
the Nett Rate Paid is 4.5

Your investment was 2rs why isnt that you didnt get 18Rs if Singles rate is 1:9?

With respect to number of picks played, the nett rate you get lowers by the RATE/PICKS.

NRP = RATE / PICKS

So, you practically get { 1:4.5 } if you play 2 singles.

Number of Singles to Nett Rate Paid

1 -> 9.00
2 -> 4.50
3 -> 3.00
4 -> 2.25
5 -> 1.80
6 -> 1.50
7 -> 1.29
8 -> 1.13
9 -> 1.00
10 -> 0.90

The importance of knowing Nett Rate Paid is that you will know how many picks to play for each version of game to make money.

Simply to put it, by understanding Nett Rate Paid you understand that :

Guessing in 10 Jodi’s is Equal to Guessing 1 Single

Guessing in 13 Panas is Equal to Guessing 1 Single

Guessing in 26 Panas is Equal to Guessing 2 Singles

Guessing in 100 Sangams is Equal to Guessing 1 Jodi

Guessing 1000 Sangams is Equal to Guessing 1 Single

The above statements are true because, the Nett Rate Paid is same.

So, when a guesser can give you 1000 Sangams, it is equal to guessing 1 Single !

Its not always less number of picks = great guesser.

Great guesser is someone who can give you higher NRP

Why NRP matters? Because making money in matka matters
